You will notice the first thing about a fully automatic coffee grinder and coffee machine is the quality of the coffee. The grinder extracts the maximum flavor from the beans, while the easy-to-use controls allow you to choose the power of the brewing. With larger buckets, complete programmability and Cuisinart's easy cleanup, making a large pot of coffee has never been easier.

Pursuit of perfect espresso

It is generally accepted that there are four basic elements that are crucial to a perfect cup:

Elemental 1. Water:

Coffee is 98% water. It is often overlooked that the quality of water is as important as the quality of coffee. A good rule of thumb is that if your water tastes bad in the tap, then your coffee will not taste better. This is why Cuisinart adds a water filter to the fully automatic coffee grinder coffee machine. The charcoal water filter can remove chlorine, bad taste and odor, each time the purest cup of coffee.

Element 2. Coffee:

Although most of the liquid is water, all tastes should come from coffee. To get the same high quality coffee in the cafe, you need to use the same quality coffee beans. Buy fresh and brand new beans, fresh for up to two weeks at a time. Once the coffee beans are broken, their taste will degrade quickly. This is why the automatic burr grinder grounds coffee before brewing. If it is impractical to purchase small supplies, we recommend that you immediately divide the large amount of beans into one or two weeks after purchase and freeze them in a sealed container. The best way to maximize freshness is to minimize exposure to air, light and moisture. Therefore, once the legumes are removed from the refrigerator, they are stored in sealed containers at room temperature because destructive condensation occurs each time the beans are removed from the freezer or refrigerator. Please note that some coffee experts advise against freezing black beans because freezing can cause oil condensation. Other experts disagree. We recommend that you try and decide on yourself. We recommend keeping the hopper at least half full. Make sure that there is a sufficient amount of coffee beans in your hopper for making coffee. Although it is best to use fresh whole beans, you can use pre-grinding beans to make coffee in the coffee machine. To do this, turn off the grinder by pressing the Grind Off button before opening the device. It is recommended to use level 1 ground coffee per cup and adjust the amount according to your taste. The maximum capacity of ground coffee is 16 scoops, using paper or permanent filters. Exceeding this number may lead to overflow.

Element 3. Grinding:

Ground coffee is essential for proper flavor extraction. If you grind too much, it can lead to excessive extraction and bitterness. Too finely ground may also clog the filter. If the grinding is too rough, the water will pass quickly and the desired scent will not be extracted. The automatic burr grinding and brewing machine are preset to medium grinding, the best grinding of this type of coffee machine.

Element 4. Proportion:

Fully-automatic burr-ground coffee machine can produce 12 cups (54 ounces) of coffee.

The brewing process will not stop during this period; only the coffee flowing out of the basket will stop. Do not remove the glass bottle for more than 20 seconds, otherwise the coffee may overflow the basket. Although Cuisinart offers this feature, it is not recommended that you pour coffee before the cycle is complete, because the flavor characteristics of the brewed coffee at the beginning of the cycle are very different from those at the end of the cycle.
