Another reason why this myth spreads is because some people use it to put down other weightlifters. If milk turns into honey, then the argument that muscles will become fat is absurd. This is because the two are very independent and different entities and it is difficult to imagine one being transformed into another. The reason people get fat when they stop exercising is not because muscles are converted to body fat, but because they have retained old eating habits, but they have not combined this with weight training. This leads to extra calories and they turn into body fat.

2. When your muscles burn, it stimulates muscle growth

This is another myth that is common in weight trainers. When you feel a burning sensation in the muscle, it does not mean that muscle growth begins, which means that you are accumulating lactic acid in your muscles. Accumulation of lactic acid in the muscle is usually caused by many representative features of the bowel weight training. Because many representatives, your body does not have enough time to remove lactic acid, and lactic acid accumulates faster than it excretes from the body. The main cause of muscle burning sensation is due to the low weight used but the high metabolic rate. 3. The quickest way to get abs is to do sit-ups

This is another common myth in weightlifters who want to get six packs. No matter how many sit-ups you perform, you cannot see your six-pack unless you first study belly fat. The key to losing this fat is very simple, you need to pay attention to diet, do a lot of cardiovascular exercise.

4. You shouldn't work for less than an hour

This is another myth that is common in weight trainers. If you use steroids, the only way you can exercise for more than an hour. When you train for more than an hour, you are overtrained, which can lead to injury.
