In order to succeed, we must understand the whole content of this business or really why it comes down. (Unfortunately, this is a concept that few salespeople really understand.)
So, what about real estate?
Emotions and dreams
In short, real estate is about people's emotions and the relationship between these emotions and their decisions. This promise is that people buy things according to their own emotions and then prove them through logic.
Then, we answer the question "Why do people buy and sell homes"?
Let me explain:
Everyone has the desire or illusion to be separated from the heart, which determines why they want to make large-scale or even small-scale purchases and rationalize their decisions.
Interestingly, decisions made because of these emotions tend to be more logical than and/or often not guaranteed.
To illustrate this, consider several reasons why people buy new, more famous or more prestigious families:
A - Feeling good.
B - feels successful and proves his hard work.
C- In order to better view their friends and family.
D- In order to better enjoy free time.
E- grew up for their children to become a good place.
Given the fact that everyone wants to improve their lives, these reasons definitely help to improve the goal, even if there is no guarantee that the results are looking for results that will happen and/or they are financially meaningful.
What is it then?
As a salesperson, if you consciously strive to gain insight into people's real motivations, then you can help them buy or sell in the game. This of course means ranking or asking the right questions and really listening!
The area where I work is a holiday community in Florida. Based on all the advertisements we have seen, I can tell you that most people have ever thought of living on a water or tropical home. (A palm tree in their backyard)
This usually happens when I qualify as a buyer - they certainly don't want to come here because they are angry in the area.
Further during the purchase process, most of my buyers made a decision to reward myself for this luxury. This is not to say that there is something wrong with the place where they live, but that they decide to work for their dreams!
So really make a conscious effort to determine their motivation. I have customers tell me one thing and I accept its value. Later we were showing our homes and their real reason came out. An in-depth understanding of this is the skill you must work hard. If you are good at it, incredible rewards, plus your work will be very easy!
Your job is to help them realize their dreams!
