Popular language is globalization. It is expected that the business world will become closer through the development of more or less communication technologies and transportation facilities. The political ideals of democracy and the liberalization of the country's economy seem to have finally received due recognition, because the system can ultimately maximize the use of wealth to create wealth. In addition to the differences in economic development, cultural differences are still the only important means of differentiating people in different countries (Huntington 1996; Axford 1995). The key issue is that this situation is being recognized, and humans are forbidden to emphasize differences but instead focus on formulating cultural compatibility. This article is divided into three interactive parts. The first part introduces the theoretical background behind the study. After an introductory statement, it outlines the international production theory to show which factors affect MNCs and their activities. The second part of this paper focuses on the interaction between the two cultures in Thailand as the host country and the United States as the investor's home country. First, analyze and compare the value system and environmental factors. Then, summarizing some of the findings of U.S. and U.S. 7 investors on the cultural factors affecting their location, in order to provide some anecdotal evidence on how to generate trust when deciding to invest in Thailand.
