Dean Lazar's "Golden Guide" is designed for all young people who want to look for opportunities to pay for thinking and continue to develop their skills. The tone and approach are support, enthusiasm and participation. This English version also has a Chinese/English version (see on Amazon!) for those who wish to see the text in both languages. In either version, the "Golden Guide" provides clear advice and guidance to develop thinking habits and effective behaviors that may lead to professional success - regardless of the profession or field of investigation. I wrote Dean Lazar's "Golden Guide: Providing Practical Career Advice for Smart Young People" and was responsible for graduate law (LL.M) and policy at the two Chicago Regional Universities at the University of Chicago at Harris University. MPP) policy of enrolling students more than 10 years later. The advice I provided reflects the lessons of my own professional career and reflects my experience in providing career counseling to hundreds of talented young people. Some people may define pragmatism as the "opposite" of idealism, but I think the best way to think is to think pragmatic thinking as practical and active in order to support your ideals and dreams. Practical behavior is self-aware, but definitely not selfish. This "Golden Guide" will help those who want to use their time effectively, make effective use of their efforts, and succeed in their careers and lives.
