Authentic Leadership 2.0: A Dynamic Design and Prototyping Lab Eight weeks online, with one 5-day onsite in Boulder, Colorado 00 includes coaching and materials (Prerequisite- completion of an Authentic Leadership Center or ALIA program) Do you have a project that wants to be born or an initiative you want to bring into reality? Are you being called to lead a change the world really needs? Are you ready to put your ideas "on the table", and commit to making them happen? Authentic Leadership 2.0 is for alumni of any ALC or ALIA program that will help you imagine, design and prototype your project. You will participate in a contemplative and collaborative learning environment that offers personal attention and support, the opportunity to engage with a smaller cohort, in- depth coaching and training – all through a blended (online/onsite) learning environment that will help you develop and manifest your ideas. During the program, you will create an e-portfolio for your project that you can share easily with others. Launch your initiative with the support of the Authentic Leadership community. Say "yes" and show up fully in the most meaningful way for your real work in the world! Immerse yourself in a supportive cohort to cultivate your best work and put Authentic Leadership into action! You will receive: Three group sessions and two individual coaching sessions Space and time to dedicate to preparing your project for presentation Live presentation opportunities with the cohort and with local leaders in Boulder, Colorado Feedback Accountability Prototyping opportunities Web e-portfolio for presentation and further development Networking opportunities Community forum for staying in connection and support implementation of the project A high-level practice field to engage in Authentic Leadership tools and practices Coaching packages will be available for continued support after the program Refunds are not available for events and weekend workshops shorter than 3 days. For longer events, refunds are available according to the following guidelines: 60 or more days before the event – Full refund minus a 100$ processing fee. 59 – 30 days before the event – 50% of program cost. 29 – 0 days before the event – No Refunds Naropa University welcomes participants with disabilities.
