Exchange City for Homeschoolers - April 2016
Sign your students up for Exchange City! Exchange City is an experiential program that simulates a modern economy and gives students an opportunity to run their own business. This three day program provides students with an opportunity to explore financial literacy, economics, civics, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. On day one, students will write a resume, cover letter, interview for jobs, and run a campaign for mayor and judge of Exchange City. On the second day, the students will, in groups, develop business plans that account for the expenses of running a business and develop marketing plans. On the third day, students will run their businesses! This hands-on, immersive program has served over 20,000 youth since 2008 and continues to inspire youth to real-world success!
